EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Learn about our exchange and return policy for Only Winning Nutrition products.

There are no exchanges or returns on items, except in the case where the customer receives a product with an expired expiration date, wrong product or damaged product. To make the return valid, the product must be sealed (not opened) and send photos or videos with evidence to hola@own.com.

The customer has a maximum of 1 month from receiving the product to make a clarification or claim for any order.

Refund

In case of cancellation of a product that has not left the warehouse, the refund process will begin immediately. Only Winning Nutrition will send a refund receipt that you can verify in your bank.

In case of having made a bank deposit, a bank transfer will be made to you, for which we will request a CLABE account number and the transfer will be made within 3 business days at the latest.

For credit card or PayPal payments, the refund may vary depending on the banking entity, so if your refund is not reflected between 20 and 30 business days, we recommend that you contact your bank directly.

Promotions

All published promotions will be valid directly in the shopping cart and will be expressly shown within your order list. For discount coupons, they will have to be entered and the cart will mark the discount before continuing with payment.

Special conditions

For products with factory defects or shipping errors, Only Winning Nutrition is responsible for 100% of the return and product replacement cost.

Customized or limited season products do not apply for exchanges or returns, except for factory defects.

To guarantee the quality and safety of our products, all returns must be made with the original packaging and unopened.
