HULSE shipments work as follows:

National Shipments:

  • Cost: Shipping may be free on purchases that meet the current conditions published on the Website. The estimated delivery time will be as indicated on the Website at the time of purchase.

How do I get free shipping?

Shipping will be free when the purchase meets the current conditions and minimum amount published on the Website at the time of transaction.

What courier service do you use?

We use the best national courier services: FedEx, DHL, Estafeta and local delivery services depending on the area.

How can I track my order?

After making your purchase, within approximately 1 business day we will send you the tracking number to your registered email address.

What if my package is taking longer to arrive than promised?

It may happen that the courier takes a little longer than promised, but it may also happen that the courier cannot find the address registered in your order. Please write to us at hola@hulse.mx to help you and track your package.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Many times products can suffer some damage during shipping. Please evaluate how serious the damage is. If you want an exchange, please send us an email to hola@hulse.mx with evidence photos to help you replace the product.

Coverage areas

We ship to all of Mexico. Delivery times may vary by area:

  • Metropolitan Area: 1-3 business days
  • Main cities: 2-4 business days
  • Rural areas: 3-5 business days

Delivery hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. For specific areas, deliveries can also be made on Saturdays.

Important information

  • It is important that you provide a complete and correct address to avoid delays
  • Make sure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours
  • If there is no one to receive the order, the courier will try again the next day
  • All our products are insured during shipping
